When we refer to «ENTOURAGE», «we», «us» or «our», we mean company UAB «Entourage Europe» (reg. number: 304711825) or, where relevant, its affiliates. UAB «Entourage Europe» is a company operating in accordance with the Republic of Lithuania Law and our registered office is at Svitrigailos str. 11K-109, Vilnius, LT03228, Lithuania.
Where we refer to «you» or «your» we mean you, the natural person using our Services and acting for purposes outside his trade, business or profession.
«Order» means an electronic request sent from you for the reservation, purchase and delivery of products placed on our Platform.
We are UAB «Entourage Europe» and, along with certain of our affiliates, we operate the Platform. When you find, make a purchase and pay for products using the Platform, you are purchasing them from one or more of our Boutique Partners (the «Boutique Partners»). It is important that you understand that the contract for the purchase of the products is between you and the relevant Boutique Partner.
We are not a party to a contract between you and the Boutique Partner. From the moment, you purchase products using the Platform, we act as an intermediary in Order process and data transfer between you and the Boutique Partner.
In order to use the Platform you must be over 18 years of age.
In order to use the Platform and have access to all of its functions, such as making a purchase, you will need to create a personal account, which requires you to provide us with all necessary information, in accordance with the request of the Platform. Your personal information should be accurate, complete and, where necessary, kept up to date in a timely manner.
By using the Platform you agree:
(a) to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security that is known or suspected by you;
(b) it is your responsibility to protect your accounts by properly ending your single sign-on session.
The services we offer allow you to search through the Platform and purchase products from a large number of Boutique Partner worldwide.
As part of the Services, we also provide some ancillary services related to the order processing, such as arranging delivery of the products and payment processing.
We carefully select the best and high-quality products to ensure premium quality.
However, as stated above, the contract for the purchase of the products is between you and the relevant Boutique Partner. This means that it is the Boutique Partner (not us) who is legally responsible for selling the products to you.
If you purchase a defective product or does not match the description, you have the legal right to a refund if you return this product within 30 days of receiving it.
We are only liable for losses and damages suffered by you as a direct result of our providing the Services, up to the amount paid by you for any product or service purchased through our Platform.
Once registered, you are responsible for the confidentiality and use of all IDs, passwords and other security data, methods and devices furnished in connection with the Platform, except in cases where you notified us of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
We will NOT be liable to you:
(a) that the Platform, or any content on it, will meet your expectations and requirements;
(b) that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations and requirements;
(c) that the information provided by the Platform will be reliable, accurate or complete;
(d) that the Platform will always be available, uninterrupted, fast, reliable, secure and error-free.
In other words, you use the Platform at your own risk.
Further, you agree that we are not responsible for any damages or losses caused by any computer viruses, trojans, worms, network attacks, system failure or malfunction which may occur in connection with your use of the Platform, including during hyperlink to or from third-party websites.
If paying by credit/debit card, your credit card information, such as credit card number and expiration date, will be sent via an encrypted protocol to the banks, which provide remote electronic payment services for us. We do not store, use or transfer to third parties the full card information.
Your package will be shipped with either «DHL», «FedEx», «UPS» or other courier services, depending on the final destination and shipping method. The goods will be ready for dispatch on or after the business day following your order when the full purchase price has been credited to our account.
Delivery times may vary depending on the availability of the products, your delivery address and cannot be guaranteed.
Once your order is shipped, we will e-mail you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number to enable you to track your package at all times.
If you purchase products for delivery to an international destination, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes which are applied when the package reaches that destination.
Delivery costs are not included in the product prices and will be charged in addition. The delivery costs (which will include VAT charged by us) will vary depending on the products that you have ordered and your delivery address.
If we are unable to arrange shipment to the specified address, your order will be automatically closed and refund will be returned to your account.

Please read the «Shipment & Fees» section carefully, as the information provided therein is an integral part of these Terms and, therefore, you will be deemed to have read and accepted them when you submit your order.
Products which are NOT defective can be returned to us within 14 days after from the date of delivery. Please note that if you return an item, the taxes and import duties will be refunded to you if they were originally included in the purchase price. If they were not included then you will be responsible for reclaiming duty directly from your local customs office. Shipping costs are non-refundable in any case.
If an order is lost due to an invalid shipping address we will not be able to refund that order.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of fur products, watches, and jewelry.
If an item you have ordered is flawed or of a lower quality, you can return it to us within the warranty period or the expiration date. In such cases, we will refund you any applicable delivery charges and any reasonable costs you incur in returning the products.

You acknowledge and agree that all objects of the Platform (the «Content»), including design, images, text, videos, software and other files — are owned by ENTOURAGE and protected in accordance with the law of the Republic of Lithuania, other laws, international copyright and intellectual property rights.
You are granted a limited and non-exclusive right to view, download, and use the Content of the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only.
You must not extract, adapt and/or re-utilise parts of the Platform or the Content for any public or commercial purpose.
