Returns & Refunds
We provide a Free Returns Collection Service to all our clients.
To initiate a return you need:
- Log in to your account and register your return through «My Orders» area.
- Select the item/s you would like to return and follow the steps to schedule a pick up time and address.
- Prepare your package by attaching your Return Label to the outside of your package.
- Give the sheet marked Waybill Doc to the courier.
- After the courier has checked the contents, please seal your package securely.
Returns Policy
In case of return there is a set of terms and conditions that a returned item must meet:
- Your returned item must be sent out within 14 days after the delivery.
- Your returned item must be packed into the the original packaging that this item had when you recieved it.
- All security tags, label tags and other accessories attached to your order (buttons, hangers etc.) must be saved.
- The condition of your returned item must be the same as it was when you received it (the item must be unworn, undamaged, unwashed).
- Swimwear and underwear must only be tried on over your own undergarments.
- We can only offer a free returns pick up from the same city your order was delivered to.
ENTOURAGE reserves the right to reject the return which does not meet our Returns Policy.
Refunds
Your refund will be completed within 10 calendar days since the arrival of your returned item to the boutique.
Please pay attention:
- If your order was made with promo-code, you will recieve only the refund of the amount that was paid;
- Your refund will be completed via the original payment method;
- Your refund will be completed in the same currency it was paid;
- The period of enrollment of your refund to your bank account depends on internal regulations of the receiver bank;
- Initial cost of the delivery is not refunded;
- In case of wrong order packaging or the presence of blemish, your refund will be examined individually.
