Our orders can be delivered by UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT or DPD.
Should we be unable to ship order to your specified delivery address, and we are unable to re-arrange delivery after we have made reasonable efforts to do so, then we may cancel your contract, with any payment refunded.
Shipping costs will vary depending on the service selected, as well as the origin and destination of your chosen pieces.
If you are purchase multiple pieces from multiple locations, the amount of shipping cost is based on the shipping rates for each item in your order.
United States: Free Shipping on orders over $ 200 USD.
Canada: Free Shipping on orders over $ 250 CAD.
Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 2-7 business days from dispatch.
Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.
Please note, pick-up times can be longer due to increased demand over Thanksgiving and Christmas.
United States: If you are ordering from within your own customs zone or region, import duties will not be applicable however you may need to pay VAT or local sales taxes.
United States and Canada: We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees.
For all other customers, the import duty is not included in the listed online price. As a customer you will be responsible for import duties/taxes incurred in the destination country/region.
For international orders shipped to our customers, please be aware that local customs may ask additional information (such as IRS, EIN or SSN number for U.S. consumers) before enabling delivery to your address.
Entourage cannot take responsibility for customs clearance delays or failed payment approval.
After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information so you can follow its progress. You can also check the status of your delivery by viewing «My Orders» in your account.
If you miss a delivery, we will be in touch with you to arrange another suitable delivery date. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, we’ll return your order to us for a refund.
